Malice possesses a distinct and intimidating appearance that perfectly complements her sinister personality. She is depicted as a tall, slim, humanoid cyclops robotic cat. Her design features a curvy pear figure with a medium bust, a single eye with a yellow sclera and a rectangular pupil. Her short, chin-length purple hair is styled in a bob cut, often appearing spiky with long, pointed bangs.

Her robotic nature is evident in her gauntlets with mechanical holes and three sharp claws, a middle chest hole, and a sleek purple metal bikini-like body design. Malice's shoulders, arms, legs, undertop, and neck are armored in black, with her limbs capable of stretching to great lengths, ending in paws on her legs. Her tail is slim, metallic, and purple.

Her personality is marked by extreme sadism and an unhinged demeanor. She relishes in tormenting her enemies, particularly Kit, whom she taunts with phrases like "Here, kitty, kitty." Malice's capacity for pain is unusual; she even laughs while being consumed by Mayhem during their fusion, indicating a deep-seated madness.

Gameoverse Malice is equipped with a formidable array of abilities, making her a dangerous adversary. Her ultimate ability, however, is Fusionism. Malice can completely merge with her partner, Mayhem, to form a more powerful entity known as Malevolence. This fusion is initiated in a brutal and unsettling manner: Mayhem consumes Malice alive, integrating her mechanical components into his own. Despite the apparent pain, Malice is shown to laugh during this process, highlighting her unhinged nature. Malevolence typically features Mayhem forming the lower half, creating a massive, spider-like robot.

Malice's journey began as the main antagonist within Kit's video game world, where she and Mayhem terrorized Kit's jungle village. Kit and Kaboodle were manipulated by Fold, acting under Warrick's orders, into believing they needed to destroy a gemstone atop the villains' fortress using the Kibble Star Cannon. This act, while defeating Malice and Mayhem, inadvertently led to the destruction of Kit's entire game world, allowing Syntax to absorb the Float for their nefarious schemes.

During the final battle, Malice and Mayhem were defeated, reverting to their original forms after the gemstone's destruction. However, Syntax intervened, rescuing and repairing the duo. This act of salvation cemented their allegiance to Syntax and ignited their burning desire for revenge.

In the "Pilot" episode of Gameoverse (2026), Malice and Mayhem officially join forces with Syntax, eager to exact their revenge on Kit and Kaboodle. Warrick further fuels their vengeful spirits by presenting them with images of their adversaries, promising them the opportunity to settle the score. Malice, in particular, expresses delight at this prospect.
